Online registration and payment was available (now closed) at the Liverpool university shop.
The early registration fee is £350 (£300 for students) and an additional £50 for the tutorials.
The early registration deadline has been extended to the 21st November.
The late registration fee is £400 (£350 for students) and an additional £70 for the tutorials.
All attendants will receive paper proceedings, and the conference dinner is included.
